We operate several manufacturing facilities around the world — including the US, Vietnam, and China. Depending on the type of product, production is arranged in the most suitable location to optimize cost efficiency. This allows us to offer our customers the best possible prices.

When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged immediately after your order is successfully placed.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Be sure to include your order number and the changes you would like to make. We will confirm once the update has been processed.
Please note that orders that have already been fulfilled or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.

SHIPMENT
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping.
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country or region, as well as the product’s size and weight. The final shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.
We offer free shipping on orders over $69.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All our items are made to order — each product is created individually to ensure premium quality. This means production may take slightly longer than mass-produced items.

Why did my order ship separately?
Depending on the product size, production time, and factory location, items in the same order may ship separately. This ensures faster delivery and protects the condition of each item during transit.
TRACK ORDER
How can I track my delivery?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and link. You can track your package using that link or via the Track Your Order section on our website’s Help Center.
My tracking number isn’t working.
Tracking information may take 7–10 days to update after shipment. If your tracking number doesn’t show any details yet, it simply means the carrier has not scanned your package into their system.
If it remains inactive for more than a few days, please contact us or your shipping carrier.
Note: Transit time does not include production time prior to shipment.
DELIVERY ISSUES
My tracking shows “Delivered,” but I haven’t received my package.
Please check all potential delivery locations mentioned in your tracking details — such as your mailbox, front door, parcel locker, or porch. Sometimes carriers leave packages in secure or weather-safe areas.
If you still don’t receive the package within 1–2 business days, contact the carrier or email us for assistance.
Why do I need to pick up my package elsewhere?
In some cases, the carrier may have attempted delivery but was unable to complete it. Your package may have been sent to a nearby post office or carrier facility for pickup.
Please collect your package before the indicated date on your tracking information or pickup notice. Unclaimed packages may be returned to the sender or disposed of by the carrier.
